Apparel and Gear
Creation of the collections
– Oversees and coordinates product briefs, design, development, testing, industrialisation and range-management of innovative apparel and gear collection. Targets both direct global sales through “Deckers X Lab” program and technologies transfer within all Deckers Brands, including HOKA, UGG, TEVA and SANUK.
– Manage factories and suppliers portfolio for innovation development and production for direct global sales through “Deckers X Lab” program.
